Refunds may be requested up to 7 calendar days before the scheduled start date of a program. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team at support@greybsync.com. After this period, refunds will not be issued except in extraordinary circumstances, which will be evaluated at our sole discretion. Once a program has started or content has been accessed, no refunds will be provided.
For programs postponed by Grey Board Syndicate, participants will be offered a new session date or credit toward a future program of equal value.
